How pupils use ICT when doing school homework

The goals of this thesis are: to find out what role do information and communication technologies (ICT) play in learning and students' preparation for school and in what conditions and means are students using ICT for school preparation in non-school settings; and to show the current state of digital technology usage by students for school purposes, but also to hint at the potential challenges in the implementation and usage of information and communication technologies. The theoretical part consists of three aspects; it introduces the terms preparation for school and learning using information and communication technologies; analyzes the current relation of curricular documents to using ICT in schools, and summarizes results from thematically-related research. The research part of this thesis presents the results of the quantitative and qualitative research inquiry into selected high-school students and their teachers/educators. The goal of this inquiry was to determine what methods and in what conditions are students using ICT in their school preparation.

Use of the concept of basal stimulation in the Czech Republic

The goal of the diploma thesis "Use of the concept of Basal stimulation in the Czech republic" is mapping using of the concept of Basal stimulation in sedlčanský region in the areas of the health, social services and education. Due to the demonstrability benefit of this method of working, diploma thesis finds reasons for her non-use and suggestions, how it would be possible encourage the use of this method. Sub-goal is to find of the reasons non- using of the concept of Basal stimulation in the surveyed facilities or untrained employees, who are working with the clients, patients or pupils in the direct care. Thesis component is a questionnaire inquiry with the staff of the above cited types of the organizations on Basal stimulation. The Problem of Utilization of the Cultural Historical Sights in Tourism

In my thesis, the issue of utilization of cultural and historical sights in tourism was executed by means of SWOT analysis. Based on the data entry form, the analysis of strengths and weaknessses of selected cultural and historical sights in the South Bohemia Region was drawn up. The output of the analysis of external environment was applied to the analysis of opportunities and threats for Kvítkův Dvůr, another place of interest. The thesis presents proposals for the utilization of the Kvítkův Dvůr premises, moreover, it also deals with the calculation of economic impacts of a few suggested measures including quantitative documentation.

Comparison of accommodation equipment according to uniform classification

The thesis deal the development of accommodation equipment. The theoretical part informs about history, development and present situation of hotelery and classification. The practical part compares choice hotels according to valid classification. All these hotels are situated in South Bohemia. Two of free hotels meet requirements for first class (4 *). The component of practical part is a questionnaire inquiry into guest´s satisfaction of the hotel services and which one miss. Demanding missing services are calculated and suggested as possibility to improve the attraction. In the practical part is used the Servqual method. It is comparison of quality accommodation services. This method is complemented with comparison accommodation prices in choice example. The goal of this thesis is an evaluation of the offer and rendered services of tourism in accommodation equipment according to the official uniform classification of accommodation equipment 2010-2012 to the topical need of market. This goal is achieved through the use of above mentioned methods.
